Byrdir House is situated in the historic town of Harlech, on the edge of the Snowdonia national park with all of the beautiful countryside, historic monuments and breathtaking views associated with this part of North Wales.

Byrdir House was originally built in the nineteenth century, we believe around 1890 by a sea captain for his private residence.

The house is within a few minutes walking distance, through the main part of the old town, to Harlech castle and the house is also situated close to the the Royal St David championship Golf Course

Byrdir House is within easy travelling distance of Portmerion, used as the set for the prisoner TV series

Other Places of interest include Portmadog, the coastal resorts of Llandudno and Colwyn bay, Betws-y-Coed, Bala and Dolgellau.
